Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Tulip Digital Systems provides website design, website redesign, website maintenance, and related digital services. The scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a written agreement or proposal provided to the client before work begins.

3. Pricing & Payment

Our standard website design service is $600 as a one-time payment. Add-on services are priced as listed on our pricing page. Payment terms are specified in the project agreement. Until full payment is received for custom work, Tulip Digital Systems retains ownership of any deliverables not yet transferred.

4. Client Responsibilities

To complete a website project, the client is responsible for:

• Providing content, photos, and business information in a timely manner
• Purchasing and maintaining their own domain name and web hosting
• Providing feedback during the design and review process
• Reviewing and approving final deliverables

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the client owns the completed website — including the design, code, and content created specifically for the project. The client also owns their domain name and hosting account. Tulip Digital Systems retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Website Hosting

Tulip Digital Systems does not provide website hosting. We provide a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for purchasing hosting and a domain. The client is responsible for all hosting fees, domain registration, and renewals. We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or issues caused by the client's hosting provider.

7. Maintenance & Support

Post-launch support is available through our Care Plan ($150/month, up to 2 hours of edits) or one-time update services. Support is not included with the standard website design package after launch unless a Care Plan or support agreement is in place.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tulip Digital Systems provides services on an "as available" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
